D’Aluisio Smartweld D’Aluisio Smartweld - or DSW - is a patented engineering process that uses hydroforming to precisely match tube-to-tube joints for better, stronger welds and, ultimately, a lighter frame that can be twice as durable as a traditional alloy frame.
